Quick Orders

We can order case quantities of items that we carry in the store for our co-owners except Produce, Frozen and Refrigerated items. Stock up and save — Three Rivers Market co-owners receive a 10% volume discount when an item is purchased as a case!

3 ways to PLACe A quick ORDER

Quick Orders require information found on the product’s shelf tag in the store, including Brand, Name, Size, Quantity, UPC#, Price, Supplier, and Case Quantity.

If you do not know this information we cannot accept your order via email or over the phone.

  1. Fill out a Quick Order form at the Customer Service Desk.  You will receive a copy of your order.
  2. Email your order to customerservice@threeriversmarket.coop
  3. Call in your order to 865-525-2069.

No need to prepay–you’ll pay for your order at the time you pick it up.

PICKING UP YOUR ORDER

We will contact you when the order arrives, or to let you know that the item is currently unavailable from the distributor.  All orders must be picked up and purchased within two weeks of arrival in store. If you don’t pick up and pay for your order, you won’t be able to place future orders.
