Gentry Family Farm

In 2012, Mrs. Gentry fell in love with and married a goat farmer. Growing up around cattle, she wanted to raise animals in a way to become more self sustaining and purchased her first dairy goat. This goat produced about a gallon of milk a day, and not wanting it to go to waste, she began creating lotions and body products. Now with a total of 5 dairy goats now, all registered and very spoiled, they are extremely busy running their little farm.

His first book, Wild Fermentation, includes a thorough introduction to the topic as well as many recipes. His most recent publication, The Art of Fermentation, is a game-changing comprehensive tome that will answer almost any question you might have (and some you didn’t) about fermentation.
