Our next Board meeting is scheduled for April 9th at 6:30pm. If you plan to attend, please register by 3pm the day prior to the meeting. In the meantime, the Board is working to identify members willing to serve on the Board of Directors. If you, or someone you know, would be interested in Board Service, and has relevant skills and experience, please email board@threeriversmarket.coop.
The Board of Directors, in collaboration with our General Manager, and with professional support from Robin Easter Design, are working on a much needed Three Rivers Market website redesign and brand refresh. 26th January
At the close of last year, Three Rivers Market Board said goodbye to three Directors who reached the end of their terms – Caitlin Seidler, Brian Williams, and Fred Stephens.
We thank each of them for the time they dedicated to serving Three Rivers Market.
The Board is presently composed of the following people: Kimberly Lomonaco (Chair), Mary French (Vice-Chair) and Jacqueline Kittrell (Secretary/Treasurer).

For this recipe, I really enjoy going to the co-op’s bulk spices shelves and measuring the spices out of the glass jars into the little bags, getting just enough for what I need, breathing in the fragrance as I go, which begin in the store and continue in my kitchen!

Three Rivers Market Co-Owners,
Please review the Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2024-2025. This report contains information regarding the achievements, challenges, and financial condition of our cooperative as of the close of the fiscal year, which was June 30th, 2025. We encourage all members to read the report in full to learn more about your cooperative.
Our Board for 2026 is currently composed of Kimberly Lomonaco (Chair), Mary French (Vice-Chair), and Jacqueline Kittrell (Secretary/Treasurer). The Board will not hold a monthly meeting in January 2026. We will notify active members of our next scheduled meeting directly when that date is determined. In the meantime, please contact the Board with comments, questions, or if you have interest in serving for an appointment in the coming year. The Board can be reached by emailing board@threeriversmarket.coop.

The 2025 Annual Meeting of members of our cooperative will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 6 PM to 8 PM at St. James Episcopal Church, 1101 North Broadway, Knoxville TN 37917.
The purpose of this meeting is to report the condition of our cooperative’s business, Three Rivers Market, at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
The Annual Meeting is an opportunity for members to learn about the accomplishments, changes, and challenges of our cooperative during the previous fiscal year. We hope you will join us. There will be time for questions, and refreshments will be served.
To register to attend, please complete this form by 7 PM on Monday, December 1.
Members will receive the Annual Report by email after the annual meeting and before the end of 2025.

Three Rivers Market Board Election Update
Three Rivers Market Owners,
We are writing to ensure that you are aware of the most up-to-date information regarding this year’s election for the Board of Directors.
Each year, Three Rivers Market calls for eligible candidates to run for election to serve on the Board of Directors. Three seats open each year for three-year terms. There are nine total seats on the Board.
At times when there have been fewer candidates than there are open seats, or when Board members vacate a seat mid-term, the Board has identified eligible members willing to serve and made appointments. In those cases, elections have not been held.
