Full-time Three Rivers Market employees may choose from two different health care options: a traditional medical insurance plan and high deductible health plan, which also allows for payroll deduction to a qualified Health Savings account. Either option is available to the employee, employee’s spouse, and employee’s qualified dependents.
Full-time and Part-time Three Rivers Market employees are offered dental insurance coverage for themselves, their spouses, and their qualified dependents.
Full-time and Part-time Three Rivers Market employees are offered vision insurance coverage for themselves, their spouses, and their qualified dependents.
Three Rivers Market employees are offered supplemental insurance policies covering accidental injury, cancer care, short term disability, hospitalization, and dental care and vision care plans.

All Three Rivers Market employees, full-time or part-time, receive a 20% discount on all Three Rivers Market purchases. Employees who are also Members of Three Rivers Market will receive this discount in addition to any other Member discounts extended to them.

PAID TIME OFF
Instead of vacation and sick leave, Three Rivers Market offers all of its Employees, both full-time and part-time, paid time off (PTO) that can be used for planned leave (vacations, etc.) or unplanned leave (sick leave, etc.), thus giving the Employee greater control over use of this benefit. PTO does not expire; PTO accrued beyond the 240 hour limit are automatically paid out to the employee and employees may cash out PTO in excess of 100 hours at any time.
Three Rivers Market is closed on Christmas Day. Employees will be paid the equivalent of 10% of the average hours worked in the 10 pay periods previous to the pay period in which the holiday falls. We are open partial hours on Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day. Employees working on these holidays are paid time & 1/2.
Three Rivers Market Employees will be given a Birthday Bonus of 8 hours pay the week of their birthday.
This includes any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) necessary to perform the job safely, such as masks and gloves.
