Cruze Farm is a family-operated dairy farm in East Tennessee. Our Jersey cows spend 365 days a year on pasture, free of herbicides and pesticides. We bottle grade A pasteurized whole, light, chocolate, and buttermilk. Our products are not homogenized, not even our ice cream! We work hard to produce the highest quality dairy products.

We started making tamales in September of 2012 with organic non-GMO masa and filled with locally sourced meat. We also have several vegan and vegetarian varieties. The Farmers Market was our first venue with tamales sold from our gold tricycle with a red umbrella. We now sell tamales and lunch plates Monday – Saturday from 11 am – 6 pm at Good Golly Tamale in the Old City.
