NEW TO THE
CHEESE DEPARTMENT

Hoop Cheddar: It is often described as robust, full-bodied, and rich in taste. The aging process contributes to the development of complex flavors, ranging from nutty and earthy to slightly sharp or tangy. This unique flavor profile is sure to pique your curiosity and make you eager to taste hoop cheese. $9.99/lb.

Excalibur Cheddar: Hand-selected for its exceptional flavor and texture, this vintage cheddar is sealed in a distinctive black wax to retain moisture as it ages. The result is a beautifully balanced cheese with a firm, yet creamy mouthfeel, and a classic sharp tang that makes it a must-have for any cheese lover. $16.99/lb.

New art frame hangers have been established in the dining room! Artists interested in having their work featured at the co-op can now sign up at the small wooden table underneath the community bulletin board to the immediate left as you enter the store.

In addition to the dining room walls being repaired and repainted, the bathroom hallway and bare cinder block walls over the Produce department, refrigerated section, and drink case have been refreshed as well. New umbrellas have also been purchased for use on the outdoor patio.
