Quick Orders & Special Orders

Want to stock up on your favorite Three Rivers Market products, or buy something you can’t find on our shelves? We offer two types of orders:

Quick Orders

Beginning on June 1, 2020, we can order case quantities of items that we carry in the store for our co-owners.  Stock up and save — Three Rivers Market co-owners receive a 10% volume discount when an item is purchased as a case!

Special Orders

As a service to members, Three Rivers Market will special order items that we don’t carry in the store or items that can’t be ordered by a Quick Order.

Remember, member receive a 10% volume discount on case purchases! We will provide you with item availability, price information, and minimum order size before we place the order.

PLEASE NOTE: This service is currently unavailable. We will reinstate it as soon as possible.


  1. Stop by any register to fill out a Quick Order or Special Order form. You will receive a copy of your order.
  2. Email your order to customerservice@threeriversmarket.coop.  Please include the following information:
    • Name and Member # if applicable
    • Product Brand, Name, Size, and Quantity requested.
    • For Quick Orders, you must also include the UPC#, Price, Supplier, and Case Quantity. This information can be found on the shelf tag in the store.
  3. Call in your order to 865-525-2069 and include the information above.

No need to prepay–you’ll pay for your order at the time you pick it up.


We will contact you when the order arrives, or to let you know that the item is currently unavailable from the distributor.  All orders must be picked up and purchased within two weeks of arrival in store. If you don’t pick up and pay for your order, you won’t be able to place future orders.
