We received an overwhelming response asking for Gluten Free and Vegan products. Look for more bakery items within those guidelines!

While our baked goods aren’t gluten free certified because we aren’t a gluten free facility, the gluten sensitive items that are Made-In-House are made with gluten free ingredients.

MaryRuth’s Supplements

Select varieties of MaryRuth’s supplements will be on sale Wednesday, April 30 through Tuesday, May 20.

MaryRuth’s is a woman-owned company that was founded by a certified health educator and nutritional consultant.

MaryRuth’s mission is to support others on their health journey by offering supplements formulated with vegan and non-GMO ingredients that are safe for the entire family to take.

Many of MaryRuth’s products are certified organic as well. The first sales period in May is a great time to acquaint yourself with this high quality, health-supporting brand if you haven’t already!

NOURISHING CHANGE

In May we will be collecting change to help support Centro Hispano de East Tennessee.

Centro Hispano’s mission is to promote the empowerment and civic participation of the Latino community in East Tennessee through education, workforce development and family engagement, and advocacy.

Centro Hispano cultivates a welcoming, inclusive community by offering culturally responsive services that strengthen immigrant families and build leadership across generations.

Through English classes, youth development programs, family support services, health navigation, civic engagement initiatives, and more. Centro Hispano works to create a more vibrant and equitable East Tennessee for all.

Objective:

To raise $7,000 to provide essential general operating support to sustain Centro Hispano’s health access and navigation services – including bilingual support for navigating public benefits, connecting families to affordable healthcare options, and offering culturally affirming health education.

The focus will be on Kindergarten readiness, after-school tutoring, pathways to higher education English classes, mental health supports for new moms, medical interpreter training, leadership pipelines for Latinos, and more!

TRM’s Board of Directors is looking for active members of
the co-op to participate in
2025 Committees.

Indicate your interest in Board Committees under consideration for 2025 by filling out this form!

The Agenda for the regular monthly meetings is posted at least one week before each meeting on the
co-op’s website.

To request that an item be considered for the Board’s agenda, members can either email the request to
board@threeriversmarket.coop or leave a note for the Chair at the Member & Customer Services Desk at the store. Requests must be dated and include name, member number, phone number, email address, or other reliable contact information needed for follow-up.

The deadline for submitting items to the Chair for consideration is four weeks prior to the scheduled meeting.
