Initially, her education was at the revered Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, after completing her BA in Communications Arts. Since then she has had many opportunities to expand on her education. She encourages therapeutic massage for part of a self care routine. Her work is especially beneficial for: tired stressed folks, men & women, athletes, pregnant women, professionals, elders, teens, college students, injuries, aches & pains.
