Grilled Corn and Cotija Make a Delicious Summer Side

Local farmers are bringing corn to market, so it’s time to fire up the grill for some Mexican street corn. Dress lightly charred corn with a sauce of organic mayonnaise, organic sour cream, spicy chili powder, fresh garlic, and cilantro, some crumbled cotija cheese, and a squeeze of fresh, organic lime for a summer time treat.
